Once you understand the process I find its fairly easy to navigate but the initial discovery of what needs to happen at what time and how those check points are communicated was for sure a learning curve.

We do not need to go to Mexico anymore, I can avoid the airports, the mountains of stinky seaweed flowing onshore, the machine gun road checkpoints, the scams at the local market, etc. and get in my car and drive to Florida.Unless you travel first class flying is now a truly painful experience.
