It just scares the crap out of me....but then I had a disastrous period in my life where I was forced to do this, so bad memories of seeing the ramifications are probably clouding my judgement.......As was said, only do this if you are positive that the rewards points are guaranteed to be higher than the interest you are losing.

As you build out your portfolio, that's where things like Tenant Cloud come in handy.

Right now, I have a business checking account using a DBA and linking that to our property management software, we use Tenant Cloud.  

Wave is a cloud platform that is not as detailed, but can be modified easily, and the basic version is free.

When you record a memorandum against the title, you are clouding the title.

A title search by the title company who will insure you should uncover any additional clouds on the title. 

And of course ice is a major factor with private aviation and instrument flying ( IE in the clouds were Ice lives) I would ask my instructor how do we know or where is the ice..
