If you were in my shoes, would you: push for a separate FF&E valuation/appraisal,treat the FF&E as part of collateral / security language in the note,or focus more on making sure the refinance path is realistic regardless of FF&E?

@Julien HillI packaged up 5 SFR in Arkansas and sold them this week to another investor as an owner financing deal.

I would consider setting up the property and then purchasing a new mobile home and selling the whole package. 

The ones who work with us on percentage-only deals usually start after trying our standard lead packages for 3 months, seeing the quality, and then scaling higher.
