My Husband & I went the a Workshop and learned a lot, but still don't know enough!

I wholeheartedly agree there are a lot of (too many) "gurus" hocking seminars and workshops and taking advantage of inexperienced, aspiring investors so they can sell more seminars and workshops and swindle more people.

I like going to these kinds of events and typically find a way in without paying out of my own pocket (in this instance, a friend of mine joined the REIA and had 2 tickets to the "Big Live Event", so I went for free.)For those who don't know, the Big LIve Event is a 3 day workshop on real estate investing.  

Also, it looks like Gene Guarino is giving a 5-hour workshop in my city this weekend.

I plan to do a Casita/ workshop in the back and then an addition to the existing house.

Rodney,Your post is one of the few I could find from someone who actually attended the 3-day workshop, so I'm hoping you can provide some additional insight.  

I purchased the 3-day workshop on 8/19/17 after Daymond John's free event.

We didn't do the Inner Circle, but the 3 day workshop with Marc Hrisko was great, the investor summit in Vegas was great & the 3 day mentor class with Jimmy Huffman was great.
