Tell them if they want a quick walk through, you are fine with that, but your regular inspection takes (insert time here) as you need to take photos and have time to check things.

Then read your counties rules on the process and then search google for “buy (insert county) tax liens” You should also check to see if your county holds tax deed auctions this will jump you ahead of the tax lien process cutting out a lot of wasted waiting time

My question is I would like to find them the private money and insert myself into the deal in exchange for piece of the profits or charge a higher percent than the private money charges.
