The slide and the website do contain dozens of people -- but considering that after 9 years of "mentoring" and "coaching" that FortuneTakers is offering (since 2007), there should be many more, since thousands upon thousands have passed through FB/FT Mastery program. 3) FortuneTakers/Merrill/Esajian's are careful to constantly place disclaimers below virtually all slides, especially all "success" slides. 4) a very long compilation of interviews of actor Will Smith - why him?

If you're worried about paying for data and don't see the benefits of mapping out your list, you're probably not ready to pay for an APN map, either.Suggest you subscribe to Property Radar and start there until you see benefits to more expensive data and ready for compiled data overlays.

As a flipper who looks for equity I use the following to help.1- Days on Market - Im always looking for the lowest days2- High concentration of equity property - 40% or more SFR3- High concentration of pre-foreclosures 4- High concentration of 60-119 Mortgage Late Property5- Areas which sells for 2/3 of city median value or less6- Lowest number of housing per areaThis data can be compiled using Trulia.com, a foreclosure data site, credit bureau and Listsource.comIt will take you a while however the numbers tell a story..
