How do I find all landlords who filed for eviction in the past 2 months?

I'm trying to find some kind of list for landlords who filed for evictions so I could send yellow letters, but I'm finding stumbling blocks along the way. Any tips?

Irina,

Why don't you go down to the eviction court on the dates the judges are there??

Here we have filing of the actual eviction and then the actual court hearing.

You can go to both of those places and catch plenty of landlords there. A few property managers or attorneys but many small landlords as well.

What are you trying to do??

That would be the fastest way to make contact for properties located in your county.
