Mojo doesn’t compile that many of them. Not sure why someone would spend $25-$200/mo when they can just get it for free.

"Mom's house isn't livable"...so we bought that, demo'd the house and doubled our money.We built a tiny duplex on the $500 lot for $160 and it just appraised @ $390! 

I good friend of mine paid $1K per square foot cash for two tiny cabins on the river in Gatlinburg two years ago.

But if I just had the land and never built it would be worth 600 to 700k as well. thats the play with high cost CA OR WA real estate in my mind.. the lack of land and the middle housing push all cities are doing now for tiny lots and high density is going to put a real premium on lots that you can build a larger mcmansion.  

In other words, if they don't show up all week, they don't get a check.On a tiny job like this, they should just finish it and get paid at the end.
