What deposit and draw schedule are you guys seeing now? The contractor I would like to use comes highly recommended but is requiring 85% up front and 15% upon completion. It’s a 4-6 week job in the $50-$60k range.

 No way I would pay 85% upfront. I would pay weekly every friday after each specific task is done.
