We went worst case scenario here with all our figures.I just cant seem to figure out why we have such a discrepency in our figures.finding out total profit if soldsay YR 10 value is$1,275,377one would have to subtract, (remaining loan), (down payment), and (5% closing).those numbers (684,044), (94,900), (63,768.85).

In theory you could level the tub and then hide this discrepancy if you are installing tile in the bathroom.  1/2" backer board + 3/8 thick tile + 1/8" mortar = 1" thick from sub-floor to finish floor.

I've resubmitted reciepts totalling about $9,500 in discrepencies in items I believe should be covered in full such as our kicthen cabinets(lowers only), bathroom vanity that was built in and not salvagable, and some other minor things.
