It lets you easily create your floor plan in 2D and 3D so you can visualize and plan how you want to change/renovate the space.

I enjoy large, longterm projects where I can visualize big picture scenarios and execute.

In the meantime, I would try to find things to do around the property that are visual improvements.

We really stretched ourselves thin. we did not perform our own inspections because we were busy raising finances .. and our agent insisted we use the same company who did the initial inspections to “get a report in our name” .. we went for visual inspection with our agent and found the master bathtub was  upside down — they said there was a chip and seller was fixing the tub.

Adding a camera allows for visual of activity as well.

Some people just fail to visualize what they might get out of the event that would make it worth the cost of attending.

I agree that visuals make it so much easier for people to understand what kind of properties we are investing.

Just having those measurements handy in a visual format is so helpful! 

Basically went in and did a visual inspection with my maintenance guy, understood all the risks and made the strong offer the day of
