I have done my research on setting up the proper entity structure in the US and Canada but I really confused about all the options available LP, LLP, C-corp, S-corp.

And a year later they are still networking.Seems to me you can get stuck in networking, just like some noobies get hung up on setting up an LLC, designing a logo and a website: it gives them the illusion that they are "working" on building something, but they are not.Once you start doing deals, it gives networking a purpose.
