I just have a few thoughts to add.It is inevitable that the market will turn positive at some point, but it is going to be very difficult to see the point of inflection until we are already past it.

The index does go back a few years but there is no obvious ways to adjust for inflection points.

I buy UI POSs (last time, literally), so it will be interesting to see how 11SP3144 plays out on 2012-02-16 (AV: 117,191, loan: 100,000 on 3/07, opening bid: 42,114.00)... and 10SP6918 (impaired) and 10SP5243 (10,800 open on 99,400 note 91,657 assessed).When the deep rehabs are getting interest, we're well beyond the inflection point for my local market.

So the agents these days are Taught to put this one their cell phone  " Thank you for calling for faster service please text me "  well that ends it for me :)  the few times i try to engage in a text conversation I just get way to frustrated its too slow. theres no personal inflection I want to talk to agents to feel out If I think there is a light bulb on or if they are suitable for my needs I can do that quite quickly on the phone.So to answer the OP  I am not sure what you do to get anyones attention these days in the go go text dont talk modern world.
