My favorite format is SnapChat!!!

Investors in Snapchat have taken a write-down on the value, Twitter and Yahoo are laying off people, and Uber is actually losing money.

{Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Website, YouTube, Audible, Apple Podcasts} Any other feedback is greatly appreciated as well.

@Sandy Gabin I don’t have any social media either except Snapchat and that’s to keep an eye out for my daughter, and one of my tenants added me and now I see all of her “snaps” and I’m not sure how I feel about it lol

The uhh-huh moment for me was when my little cousins started asking me about business instead of the crazy club stuff I posted on my snapchat the night prior.I realize my actions influence the next generation!   

Start a business page on BP, Facebook, Linked In, start a twitter and even a snapchat. 

Starting today, no more time wasting/lack of substance things like Snapchat, unfollow all senseless accounts on Instagram and Facebook, and follow more informative, positive accounts!

Not a real estate example, but I had a employee who would only communicate with me via snapchat.

I have even heard of some using Snapchat, TikTok and Twitter, but those seem like less useful for real estate. 

I'm looking for an online marketing specialist that can help us with our online ads (FB, google, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, click funnels) and Google analytics.
