To expand it just a little furtherMany real estate crowd funding platforms failed because while they had primo tech talent, they “scrimped” on paying for financial talent.Along similar lines many syndications fail because the sponsors are primo “marketers, promoters, and social media specialists, lacking investing, analytical and managerial skills as well as relevant real estate experience.
