While some owners think PMCs are personal assistants and will never be satisfied, there's no reason for not proactively communicating with an owner - especially regarding maintenance!

I'm willing to work with any real estate investor so I can get started or if you know of any real estate investor whose is considering an assistant I'm more than willing to take that role or if you know of other way to get started.
