Which blows the S&P out of the water,… and part of the increased return is for dealing with the extra complexity and risk of the financing.I know I just explained the value of leverage, but the point I’m making is that without the leverage life would be a lot simpler and easier to just invest in the stock market, and probably more profitable.

So it's not an actual detail or "how-to" issue, it's a mindset issue, refusing to see or do what WILL make it happen, instead wrapping one-self in cozy pout-fest of "everything sucks, nothing works, why try" and to lash out at anyone who dares pop that bubble of negativity.
