We performed these, more or less, two at a time, but overlapping, by first moving out Tenants that were not staying (whether by our choice or theirs) and accepting the pre-determined new rates and terms; then moving long term "keepers" either temporarily or permanently at their choice, into a finished reno until their original unit was completed, when they could return.
