Hey Everyone,   What platforms/websites do you use to find section 8 properties for sale online? 

The program handles late payments by applying late fees; it will handle our leases, it will market our property to about 20-30 different websites with the click of a button (including Zillow).  

It seems like doing things entirely remote is possible once one can afford CRM systems, to spend money on leads for calls and texting, once one has a website with some decent testimonials.

My marketing people have been weighing whether or not this site will be beneficial as we currently receive 60% of lead traffic from RE websites like Zillow, Redfin, realtor.com but, those sites directly link to our PM software and the labor to input individual or group properties into affordable housing.com is substantial in comparison. 

This website also provides a ton of great content.
