Quality lock box strategies on site
I current own and manage a couple rentals from out of the area.
The biggest issue I am having right now is that I need to get keys to maintenance guys or grant access to units.
I have been looking at a variety of lock box options for my units and want to know what others may currently be doing that works to distribute keys to maintenance guys, while maintaining a secure system.
