Hey BP community, I've been talking with a lot of flippers lately and I'm noticing some recurring themes about what's making deals harder to pencil in 2025.

That doesn't mean that you have to start from scratch - but a theme or a general game plan will go a long way in differentiating your BNB listing from the local competition.

The theme is roughly the same across the industry. 

It's probably a good thing, but as you can see, the theme here is growth management -- can they keep growing successfully, or will they encounter sheering forces that cause a problem?
