Make sure this goes into Classifieds once you are past the feedback phase. Top line thoughts:
1. Orlando is still saturated, I would not personally invest there.
2. Have financials ready for prospective buyers.
3. Super Host status will not convey to buyer. You can not transfer the listing to new owner. It is useful in the fact it tells the buyer the house is generally good working condition, because if it were in disarray you would have bad reviews and no Super Host Status, but the status itself is useless to new owners.
