I am writing this to see if anyone can give me any tips or tricks in this market and what they are seeing and to also start meeting other in the area and start growing my network.

I see cabins that look incredible in photos but struggle to perform once they go live.They have the dramatic windows, the statement lighting, the designer furniture.

On value-add deals, most want to see experience.

They have incredible tenant quality and very little management drama which is exactly what you want when you are trying to relax.I am happy to pull some recent data for those specific areas to see how they hit your 6% target.

I have a secure well paying job that'll mainly fund my real estate endeavors, I been studying real estate and I see how building a strong team is key to long-term success, especially if done right at a young age.

When it doesn’t, I’ve learned to assume the market sees friction I don’t yet fully understand.
