Each state has a Division of Real Estate who oversees broker operations & requires broker's to adhere to incredibly strict accounting procedures, audits and care of all of this money that flows in & out of their hands that is that of the client's (you) or the tenant's.

Cool thing about you is that you are in Columbus which is where the Division of Real Estate is so I would imagine it'd be easier for you than the average Joe to take your business plans on over one of the Division's investigators to ensure you don't get yourself jammed up the rear end with fines.

If he wanted to add flipping to his company, he could have a division Choice Homebuilders....if he wanted to add a wholesaling it could be Choice Homebuyers, or if he wanted to do syndication it could be Choice Capital.

I was taken in and deceived by one of the many divisions of Zurixx (at that point dba "Fast Track Flips", "Your Driven Success", and "Advanced Real Estate Education") I will be monitoring the lawsuit from the FTC and am hoping that someday I can get on board a class action lawsuit myself, as I was taken for the full $1997 + >$41,000 + the thousands spent on the people portrayed as a finance company (known as "Foundation Funding", which didn't fund anything, they just opened 4 credit cards in my name and charged me thousands for the service-in-disguise -- I'm sure was a division of this same organization).
