I opened it back up today and saw their answer to my question, they just said I could add a credit. 1. that does not solve the problem of it automatically adding inaccurate information, it should instead prompt me to do a security deposit return - so I can add any charges, this seems like basic functionality for a program that is specifically designed for rentals.2. now I can't find the transaction again and can't remember where I found it in the first place (though I do remember it was in a weird place).

They've recently introduced a program called "pre REO" which gives them a strategy to help pull investment capital from these assets which are waiting for foreclosure and exit so that they can recover some of the investment capital from the assets to meet redemption and capitalization requirements for the fund.

Same for 2-years of job/income stability.Tenant Default: 10-20% probability of eviction or early lease termination.Section 8: Class C rents usually meet program requirements, proper screening still recommended.Vacancies: 10-20%, depending on market conditions and tenant screening.Cashflow vs Appreciation: Should cashflow immediately, at the lower end of relative rent & value appreciation.Class D Properties:Tenant Pool: Majority of FICO scores under 560, little to no good tradelines, lots of collections & chargeoffs, but should have no convictions/evictions in last 12 months.

If so you can't target Voucher Holders over tenants who pay their own rent, nor can you avoid/decline them simply because of their voucher.Here in Maryland, where I am licensed, Source of Income is a protected class so I will not opine on the pros/cons of the programs.
