Invested $100,000 with Elevate CIG in the Morgan's Landing Syndication in La Porte, TX near Houston.  I received my final distribution of $1629.99 and one other distribution of $750.00. If you also lost money please message me here or at 931-209-4546.

I don’t get the point of investing in syndications especially when do not personally know the sponsor, it’s like trying to pick individual stocks which is proven to be a losing game from a risk to reward viewpoint. Just buy a class A 4 unit and put it under a manager or even self manage they are so easy when class A tenants. You will get a higher total return with WAY less risk as 4 units are on fixed 30 year mortgages.
