CALHFA, grant programs, and funding
Currently a property manager and lots of renters would like to buy in the next few years. Saving money is hard, they’re looking to apply to grants that can help them with down payment assistance and a healthy path to home ownership. Any referral websites would be appreciated, any tips for the saving renters, programs that help train them to turn renters into homeowners?
