Hey guys I'm wanting to get stared in investing in real estate but learned that a single family is not the way to start making good cash flow, so I want to get ur guys opinion on how much should I start with to begin my portfolio, srry about my grammar high school drop out

Excuse the spelling and grammar errors throughout this post I am in a hurry and frankly I am not that smart, which is the amazing thing about real estate investing a guy like me can build a company like RE360   And i am so bad a spelling that spell check cannot even identify what I am attempting to spell and I write a really really long sentence like this one with no punctuation

Granted, his grammar isn't stellar, but English may be his second language, and poor grammar (while annoying) isn't necessary confirmation of a scam. 

I think the majority of things I see are grammar problems instead of misspelled words.
