One LLC is likely fine (many go without LLCs altogether) and more can be added as asset quantity and/or liability increases.

I would avoid a Tuff Shed to be honest, pouring a slab and framing up a tiny house would probably not be that much more, and it would add more to the value of the main living quarters.Originally posted by Account Closed:On the contrary I spoke with an experienced General Contractor who said permitting shouldn't be that difficult, however I don't have any direct experience with permitting yet!

With that many supposedly empty dwellings, you have no idea if the population declined that tiny amount because so many people are living between the cracks.Unless some affordable housing starts getting built somewhere in the USA in the near future, I see a lot of people landing here, not because they want to, but because they have no other choice at their price point (zero).
