Everyone has the up-most integrity and Nick and his staff aren't afraid to kick someone out of the group and blacklist them if they exhibit a repeat pattern of unethical or shady work. 

They can look nice too with the colors/patterns/material mimicking they have these days.

The kitchen flooring is a linoleum-ish floor but it definitely has a dated pattern on it, so I am considering some options for that.

I'm not familiar with the weather patterns in that part of the country.I would agree with Carl Arft, you should check it out before you invest. 

Hopefully the RTC’s projections on traffic patterns will hold true and the Southeast Connector will remove some of the burden from the “spaghetti bowl” intersection of I-80 and I-580.
