However, I also don't usually buy in nicer neighborhoods either because the rent to price ration is low and so I would need to leave more money into the deal to get a loan and it wouldn't produce as high of a return on my money.Since my plan is to only keep the property for a few years, it is important that I get a good deal in order to make a profit within a few years.
