I’m a Soldier and plan on investing in real estate as a retirement strategy.  

The process has been less then smooth or ideal in many ways, but we soldier on given I can't find another way to get Wheelhouse rates into Airbnb, VRBO, and our own website. 

@Martin Saenz on another note, I just gave a similar Leadership Professional Development class (LPD) to my Soldiers on the power of goal setting last week.

I really believe that I am up to the challenge and that my experiences as a soldier have given me many skills that will enable me to become a successful real estate investor.

The US has not had the stomach to do what it needed in Iran, even though they are killing our soldiers.
