Hi Lee, If I were in your shoes as a beginner, here’s where I’d start:Free Resources First: Podcasts like BiggerPockets and YouTube channels (Max Maxwell, Jerry Norton) give you a solid understanding of wholesaling basics for free.Structured Courses: Look into beginner-friendly online wholesaling courses — some are offered by local REI groups or mentors.

Since then I’ve been educating myself as much as humanly possible by reading books, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, going to my local meetup (which is small), and going to every free webinar I can find.

No, you cannot play funny games with entities.Tomorrow, there will be YouTube and TikTok videos "teaching" you to create an entity and "purchase" existing properties from yourself to get around the 1/19 date rule.
