This may be infringing on someone's 2nd amendment rights.I would consult an attorney before doing this.

When I have a tenant move in, I let them know how slow police response time in our area is and advise them to practice their 2nd amendment right ;)

Some escrows will require an Amendment to the A-to-B contract where the seller acknowledges the buyer change.
