Being an agent (I'm assuming from your header) you would negotiate either a % or a flat fee.

Then make sure these pages are internally linked well in the header/footer of your page and included in your sitemap. 

I've uploaded a County file of tax delinquent properties, and the header information is either cryptic or missing. 

How many here -- not involved in construction -- have any idea if a footing or header or window are the right component installed at industry standards?

With headers and the extra jack studs needed for windows and doors, the wood framing can make up about 10%-15% of your actual wall mass, where heat can easily escape or enter.

But have considered removing one of those walls and installing a load bearing header in the ceiling so that you open up the space and install an island with a sink?
