Here is my 2 cents...If you are looking to skip college to get out of extra work you will be sorely disappointed.

Rent is $625 a month; security deposit is the same as one months rent; uncle gets $860 in disability and who knows what the other two make.Both were highly disappointed when I gave them an application to fill out and were required to each fork over $15 for a credit check and proof of income.

If you're trying to tighten everything down to make the numbers work you're probably going to be disappointed with your ROI or you'll be forced to come out of pocket when something unexpected comes up (or you'll be a landlord that gives terrible service because your margins are too tight).
