So instead of seeing an increase in revenue, you're more likely to see things even out.Longer minimum stays tend to work best in destination or leisure markets and in design-forward properties that are positioned as an experience.Given the waterfront location, kayaks, dock seating, and that beautiful bathroom, this property already has the features.
