Maybe best advice for you now is to hold yourself accountable in all the excuses and negative focus, and commit to your going to force self to devoting at least half as much time into brain storming solutions and positive things.

When deals on shared via our Investor Portal, and if they are interested, they need to make hard commits.

This is just as important as every other aspect of the deal.I agree with @Chris Seveney: Only I go a little further, your exit strategy (reason t-o buy) is everything.
