When we lived in Ca we had window film on all windows for sun and earthquake protection.

Worst case is I have a kicka$$ vacation home.Another possible revenue stream is the amount of car commercials that are filmed in the area with limited accommodations.

I heard I can go to REIA meetings and get recommendations but I currently work in the film business so 14 hours everyday of my weekdays are spent on set (and some weekends) and it'll be a long time before I can make it to one of the meetings and I'd like to get everything started asap.

Basically if George Washington or Jerry Garcia or Jack Kerouac slept there, or if Hitchcock shot a film there, you know it's Class A. 

You will be miles ahead instead getting regular monthly HD videos from a Polaroid Cube camera filmed by your manager, and to increase security lighting using solar streetlights and building better perimeter fencing (if needed).

After filming, take a few minutes to edit the video using a stock app on your phone, or download a video editing app to create a more professional outcome.A walk through video will allow the tenants to see the home and understand the layout without visiting the home itself.
