Some people are rock stars and do it in less time.

There will always be that group of people who are happy just floating along and not reaching for the stars.

If you reach for a star you may only catch a cloud, but you certainly won't grab a handful of mud!!!

There are many out-of-state investing rock stars, but far more have failed out-of-state than succeeded. 

However, they bring their politics with them and if enough of them keep coming, before you know it they turn your state blue, then the search for a new state to move stars all over again.

Even if you wanna let this PM try managing your STR, I'd be hesitant about using a PM who lacks STR experience - they might quickly be in over their head which will hurt your bottom line as you accumulate 1-star reviews & get pushed back to the 12th page of search results on Airbnb thus lowering your occupancy rate.
