Property Manager in Denver
Hi BP Denver!
I have a condo in Lakewood, CO (26th and Kipling) and have been self-managing for the past 2 years and no longer have the time/energy/patience for self-managing.
Can anyone recommend a property manager who deals with condos? The condo is in a nice area (Applewood neighborhood) and is a 2 bed/1 bath and 836 SF.
The property is rent ready.

Yes, we went with RES. And they just placed a tenant last week! It took just under a month, but it was January. They haven't moved in, so I can't say much beyond the initial setup. Their communication is great - whether through phone, email or text, their response time is really fast. And they were quick to photograph and list the property too. We signed the agreement on a Friday, and they were out on Saturday and had it listed that afternoon.
