As for putting that money into REI, I'd take the free money first with matching and then see how I can deploy other funds to pay down the debt or see what kind of return I could make on my own.  

Wholesalers deploy time and capital in doing a job.  

With time as your main deployable resource right now though, take that time to learn as much as you can until you find a path that sounds both realistically achievable with your current resources, as well as something that sounds interesting to you.I'm always happy to connect with other investor folks around the Twin Cities, so feel free to shoot me a message on here if you want to chat directly! 

Patience in deploying capital and willingness to shift sectors are key to successful real estate investing. 

Consolidate up to larger assets or offer seller-financing or re-deploy to syndications, etc. 

I concur with others to hold unless you have a very specific plan to deploy the cash at a higher rate of return.
