Hey Gregory,The simplest way to go about that is to search for hard money lenders in your area (you can do a Google search or check local REI groups), reach out to them, provide as much details as you can about your goal, strategy, and property.

Learned everything hands-on using the BRRRR method, lots of trial and error, spreadsheets, and late nights.One thing I’ve learned: the right market matters just as much as the right property.

My hope is to successfully complete a 1031 exchange this year (property is located in MD) and starting building a steady portfolio of rental properties over the next 10 years, but first start using initial equity proceeds from the 1031 exchange.
