Quick rental market datapoint from a property we just listed.Listed → leased in 1 day at full asking price, with multiple applicants bidding.This wasn’t a luxury unit — just a well-priced rental with basic improvements.What I’m seeing right now:• Strong tenant demand for clean, move-in-ready properties• Small upgrades (paint, appliances, laundry) dramatically reduce vacancy• Pricing correctly matters more than squeezing the last $50For investors holding rentals, minimizing vacancy is often more important than maximizing nominal rent.Curious if other landlords are seeing similar demand in their markets.
