Hi all,

I’m looking to invest in the Charlotte area from New York. I’m curious if there’s been other long distance investors that would be willing to share how they got started? As well, if you have any recommendations of lenders, property managers or agents to speak to, that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking at a SFH or multi family with no HOA properties. I have about $200k saved to support a down payment, reserves and minor rehab. I've been exploring the Uptown and Concord areas having at least a B+ or higher neighborhoods, but also open to other areas as well.
