Brand new to this
I am a beginner in the real estate business. I work a full time public job and I also have a licensed LLC doing home improvements. I also am a vendor doing work for local property management companies on their properties. I'm debt free and I have never borrowed money for a property on my personal credit nor have I ever borrowed money on my LLC. I want to get into real estate investing to secure my future income. I'm eager but also know I need some coaching. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
