We are property managers with homes throughout Kissimmee and also in Orlando near the convention center and Universal’s new theme park, opening in May.

But people still flock to Disney, Universal is opening a new theme park in May and the area will always have new events and attractions to draw guests. 

What was the theme throughout?

Love all the contributions on this thread and I tend to agree with what seems to be the overall theme here. 

In those I had covered my concerns about the market with the overall theme being that there was a storm coming.

Often slightly used unique items are greart and cost only 20% of new, next try to make a cool theme if possible to make your house stand out.
