I wanted to get some other folks' opinions on handling an issue I had this week with a tenant clogging their air handler with debris and the associated repair expenses.This was a new tenant in September.

How do you handle RE agent commission while flipping?

It really makes you wonder how they handle real problems in their life's, if a piece of mail can make them so angry.I have gotten calls at 11:00pm from people who are just irate and yell for a minute straight on my voicemail.  

@Whitney Hutten wow you guys why would you pay for this.. this is standard stuff for any CPA firm that handle real estate its all in the Code...

All or at least a vast majority of them have amazing info but that was one of the first where you talked about a script and how to handle real life situations.
