If you post on CL your phone will ring off the battery *-*

I know that I need to change the air filters, inspect the batteries on CO/smoke detectors, inspect the properties every 3 months.  

Some old classics may not be in kindle, but getting more rare.. but some fairly good selling books from the 1980s or 1990's that are out of print may or may not be in kindle...Also, nothing easier if you are on the phone or online and need to grab a reference from the shelf than an old fashion paper book in hand (no dead batteries, no scrolling,)....Also, easier to loan or give away...A few may have forms (like legal forms) or drawings that may or may not translate well .

Make sure you check what add ons/modules you need so you are comparing apples to apples between all services. 

I asked about smoke detector introspection and was told they doped off batteries for the tenant but she would not let them in.  

He was charged with "sexual battery" against a minor; from the description and photo he is a scary looking guy--350 pounds!  

THis is a pet peeve of mine since the darn box beeps if the battery backup goes low and it disturbs everyone! 

Making sure the thermostat is working, checking the transformer on the circuit board, changing the pilot light module or heat sensor. 

Who is responsible for making sure the batteries are good? 

According to one of the leases I have read, the tenant is responsible for changing the furnace filters and smoke detector batteries so nobody will be in for that.
