You'd have to have something pretty special for an experienced operator to agree to pay your fixed rent and operate it profitably while maintaining good quality tenant stays.

Couple of thoughts:1) Flips typically require better quality finishes than rentals. - So, if it too late to lower the finishes to rent it?

Others may have a pool of folks needing housing but don't currently possess the traditional methods to enter a home they deserve.
